Many kids don’t have a balanced diet. So, they have high sugar consumption. Sugar intake can lead to obesity.
5. Lack of Sleep
Children don’t get enough sleep and they often skip breakfast. If you observe the time that they go to bed, you will know that they spend most of their time in their beds.
